South Ockendon Health Centre

This project was a full heating system replacement which included replacing pipework, radiators, boiler plant, pumps and control panel. We also upgraded the lighting and replaced the local distribution board in the boiler room. The existing boilers have been replaced with condensing boilers, the existing radiators were replaced with Low Surface Temperature radiators and the system is controlled using weather compensation bringing the system up to current standards. As part of the upgrade, we insulated and boxed in the heating pipework and carried out flooring repairs, wall repairs, fire protection works and local decorations producing a nice clean finish.
