A project where 2no Chillers were replaced with a new state-of-the-art Carrier Chiller which includes free cooling technology. CPS carried out the complete mechanical & Electrical elements on the project, these consisted of a temporary chiller install to ensure the building continued to function while the works were carried out. New chillers, primary and secondary pumps and replacement pipework from chillers. A new BMS control panel and mains power supply has also been installed to accommodate the new electrical requirements. All the CHWS is now metered to give an accurate usage calculation on each individual circuit. This facility will now have the reliable cooling capacity it requires which is extremely important in the environment.
