Remodelling of the existing Male and Female WC area into 8no Gender Neutral WC cubicles and 1no Disabled WC.

Each cubicle having its own Toilet Pan and Basin along with Extract Ventilation.

Domestic Services and Drainage were connected to existing supplies and routed as required to suit the new layout.

A new extract fan has been installed within the service riser behind the area and an extract duct has been installed to individual grilles with each cubicle.

F&G Staircases

All existing heating, drainage, and domestic services were removed from the building to enable a complete stripout and remodel of the current bedrooms and gyp rooms.

As part of the renovation, a new heating system composed of pipework, cast iron radiators and towel rails has been connected to the existing and installed throughout the 2no staircases to serve bedrooms, sitting rooms, gyp rooms and shower/bathrooms.

Domestic services have been connected to the existing hot water cylinder and the incoming mains water to serve all required outlets.

Extract fans have been installed within each gyp room and bath/shower with ductwork routed within the loft space and exiting out through the roof.

Each gyp room and bath/shower room have all had new sanitaryware installed as per the Client's requirements.
