Within the plant room at Agenoria House, our works comprised of replacing 2no existing gas-fired boilers with 2no Ideal Evomax 40kw condensing boilers complete with horizontal flues. 1no existing hot water calorifier was also removed and replaced with ‘point of use’ unvented water heaters within the office block. A new BMS system was introduced so that all functionalities are displayed on a control panel complete with remote access via a PC headend.
