CPS Building Services carried out the installation of LTHW, Gas, Compressed air, Chilled and Domestic water systems as part of the refurbishment and extension to Alcatel-Lucent.

This included a new plant room with new boilers, pumps, valves and associated pipework, connections to two new chillers were made, connections to fan coils and air handling units were carried out providing heating and cooling to the office environment, radiator and trench heating circuits were installed throughout. Staff changing facilities were formed comprising of toilets, basins and showers.
