In 2016 Cambridge University Library celebrated over 600 years as one of the world’s greatest libraries.
CPS acted as the principal contractor on this project, our in house Construction Manager ensured the site was protected thoroughly and all elements of health and safety such as pedestrian control were managed appropriately.
CPS designed a new boiler room in 3D which was prefabricated offsite. Before the existing boiler room was stripped out, CPS provided temporary heating and hot water through the use of our 2 megawatt temporary boiler room.
Electrical services have been updated with a new LED lighting scheme to ensure maximum impact for students and the learning environment.
