Perse School

Working with Kier the Project consists of a new sports space for the Perse Foundation, incorporating a large new sports hall, new shower and toilet facilities and an external astroturf sports pitch on its roof. It also features eight dynamic spaces designed to encourage creativity, collaboration and engagement in learning.

CPS Building Services were engaged to undertake the Mechanical Services including a new LTHW plant room as formed on the 3rd floor with heating services in traditional black iron pipework feeding down the building picking up the radiator and underfloor heating circuits as well as the AHU heating coils at roof level.

Domestic Services are supplied from the basement-formed plant room with a CWST and booster set fitted therein. From here domestic services feed new showering and toilet facilities with temperature regulation on hot water supplies and automatic balancing valves maintaining the HWS return temperatures.
