I Boiler Room, Downing College

CPS Building Services carried out the replacement of the I Staircase Boilers at Downing College along with the replacement of boilers we also replaced heating pumps, pressurisation unit, expansion vessel, local pipework and modified the existing BMS Controls to accommodate the new equipment. A new flue system was installed connecting to the newly installed boilers.

While the replacement of the boilers was taking place the hot water services needed to be maintained to the occupied building so we supplied and installed our temporary boiler and carried out a smooth changeover when the new boiler installation was complete.
