Hare Park

CPS Building services carried out the mechanical installation at Hare Park House, we installed a new underfloor heating system on the ground and first floor, and fan coils to all first-floor bedrooms giving the end client close control of temperatures per room. Extract ventilation has been installed in all wet areas. Each bedroom in this new build property is complete with an en-suite in which we installed bespoke sanitaryware, all selected by the client meeting all needs of the end user.
