Girton College, Social Space & Porters Lodge

CPS Building services carried out the mechanical element of the Social Space and Porters Lodge Development this is inclusive of a new supply and extract system serving the Café seating area and servery. New heating pipework and radiators to the social space and porters lodge, new direct unvented hot water cylinder and local water heaters supplying basins and sinks in the servery. A new BMS control system has also been installed in the social space controlling all newly installed equipment and linking to the colleges existing head-end software.
