CPS has carried out many projects at Downing College such as student accommodation refurbishments in Battcock Lodge, M-Staircase and 44-46 & 56-58 Lensfield Road including new heating systems, ventilation systems and sanitary ware.
At the Art Gallery CPS installed a new ventilation and underfloor heating system. CPs completely refurbished all the mechanical services in Howard Building including a new heating system, ventilation system and sanitaryware.
CPS has also completed numerous boiler room refurbishments in Masters Lodge, U-Staircase, O-Staircase and Greystone.
CPS small works department has also completed a main gas meter upgrade to the entire site and projects in The Chapel, Howard Theatre and Howard Lodge.
