4 new innovative eco friendly domestic properties in the Royston area.

Cutting the carbon footprint of the homes by around 1.5 to 2 tonnes of carbon per year.

CPS carried out the mechanical and electrical installation.

These properties have new central heating systems, solar system and domestic system serving radiators and sanitaryware throughout. Local extract fans are installed to relevant kitchen and bathrooms.

New electrical power, LED lighting, data and fire alarm systems have been installed leaving the finish of the properties at a very high standard.
