Ventilation has been provided throughout the building via two types of system. Individual SAV heat recovery units have been installed within Clinical Rooms with ducted Heat Recovery Units distributing to all other areas including Waiting Rooms, WC’s, Sluice Rooms, Main Hall and Staff Areas.

Comfort Cooling has also been installed to all Populated Rooms.

Boosted Cold Water has been supplied to all relevant outlets and hot water is provided by a Direct type Cylinder.

A Category 5 boosted cold water supply has been provided to required outlets in specialist Clinical rooms with Category 5 Hot Water being supplied via point of use water heaters.

Client specified HTM compliant sanitaryware has been supplied and installed throughout with the addition of a Sluice in one of the Clinical Rooms

Due to the building having no drainage at ground level, individual pumped drainage systems have been installed throughout with all pipework terminating in existing drainage in selected areas of the Building
